AN ACT relating to affordable housing; authorizing the Housing Division of the Department of Business and Industry to prioritize funding for projects related to affordable housing that give preference to certain persons; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to elections; creating the Unit for the Investigation and Prosecution of Election Crimes within the Office of the Attorney General; requiring the Unit to establish a complaint system and a hotline to report election irregularities; requiring the Unit to receive and review complaints, notices, referrals and reports concerning alleged election irregularities; authorizing the Unit to investigate and prosecute alleged election irregularities; requiring the Unit to submit a report concerning alleged election irregularities to the Governor and the Legislature every odd-numbered year; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to offenders; requiring the Director of the Department of Corrections to adopt certain regulations relating to visits and correspondence between offenders and others; requiring a warden or manager who denies a prospective visitor to provide certain written notice of the denial; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to justices of the peace; requiring justices of the peace to have passed an examination prescribed by the Nevada Supreme Court in certain circumstances; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to public employees; authorizing certain collective bargaining agreements entered into by the Executive Department of the State Government to contain certain provisions relating to the payment of contributions to the Public Employees' Retirement System; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to economic development; requiring certain new or expanding businesses to provide certain paid family and medical leave to employees in order to qualify for a partial abatement of certain taxes; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to public safety; requiring a peace officer to ensure that medical aid is rendered to a person who indicates that he or she cannot breathe; requiring each law enforcement agency to adopt certain policies and procedures governing the performance by peace officers of works protected by copyright in certain circumstances; revising provisions governing the establishment of a program for the imprinting of a symbol indicating a medical condition on a driver's license or identification card; making an appropriation; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to motor vehicles; authorizing automobile wreckers to authorize the sale of certain vehicles at certain consignment auctions; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to midwives; establishing the Board of Licensed Certified Professional Midwives and requiring the Board to adopt certain regulations; requiring the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Health and Human Services to perform certain tasks relating to the regulation of licensed certified professional midwives; providing for the licensure of licensed certified professional midwives; authorizing a licensed certified professional midwife to utilize a certified professional midwife birth assistant under certain circumstances; prescribing requirements relating to the practice of certified professional midwifery; requiring any midwife who provides services in this State to provide to clients a Community Birth Disclosure; authorizing a licensed certified professional midwife to possess, administer and order certain drugs, devices, chemicals and solutions; creating a special endorsement authorizing a licensed certified professional midwife to order, dispense and implant certain devices; creating a special endorsement authorizing a licensed certified professional midwife to possess, administer, prescribe and dispense certain drugs; exempting a licensed certified professional midwife and other providers of health care from certain liability; prohibiting certain persons from performing midwifery; requiring Medicaid to cover the services of a licensed certified professional midwife; authorizing a licensed certified professional midwife to serve as the director of a freestanding birthing center; specifying the midwives to which certain requirements apply; providing a penalty; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to real property; limiting, with certain exceptions, the total aggregate number of units of residential real property in this State that may be purchased in any 1 calendar year by certain corporate investors; requiring the registration of certain corporate investors in residential property in this State with the Securities Division of the Office of the Secretary of State; requiring that certain deeds relating to residential real property include certain information about corporate investors; making an appropriation; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to state employees; providing that an employee in the unclassified service of the Budget Division of the Office of Finance is entitled to compensation for overtime under certain circumstances; requiring the Division of Human Resource Management of the Department of Administration to conduct a study relating to the pay of certain positions within the Executive Department of the State Government; making an appropriation; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to prevailing wages; revising provisions governing the payment of prevailing wages; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to health care; revising the entities required to be licensed as nursing pools; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to state governmental administration; authorizing the establishment of municipal school districts; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to utilities; authorizing energy efficiency and conservation plans filed by an electric utility with the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada to include measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions; establishing factors for the Commission to consider when deciding whether to accept or modify such programs; authorizing the plan which an electric utility is required to develop to meet or exceed its goals for energy savings to include measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions; revising provisions requiring the Commission to adopt certain regulations; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
