AN ACT relating to wildlife; defining the term wildlife for the purposes of wildlife crossings; creating the Wildlife Crossings Account in the State General Fund; requiring the Director of the Department of Transportation to administer the Account; requiring the Department of Transportation, in consultation with the Department of Wildlife, to develop and publish an inventory and list of certain projects relating to wildlife crossings; requiring the Director of the Department of Transportation to review the standards and specifications for the design and construction of highways in this State to determine the standards and specifications necessary for incorporating wildlife crossings and related highway features into the highways of this State; requiring the Department of Transportation and the Department of Wildlife to consult with certain persons regarding locations for wildlife crossings and related highway features; authorizing the Director of the Department of Transportation to adopt regulations; making an appropriation to implement projects relating to wildlife crossings; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

Proposing to amend the Nevada Constitution to remove the constitutional provisions governing the election and duties of the Board of Regents of the State University and to authorize the Legislature to provide by statute for the governance of the State University and for the auditing of public institutions of higher education in this State.

AN ACT relating to conservation; establishing the Soil Health Advisory Board; creating the Healthy Soils Initiative; setting forth the powers and duties of the State Conservation Commission relating to the Healthy Soils Initiative; establishing the Fund for Soil Health; declaring certain information obtained by the Commission to be confidential; requiring the Conservation Districts Program in the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to provide staff services relating to the Healthy Soils Initiative; making an appropriation to the Conservation Districts Program to provide staff services to the State Conservation Commission for administering the Healthy Soils Initiative; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to drivers' licenses; requiring, under certain circumstances, that the Department of Motor Vehicles place a designation on the driver's license of a person who is deaf or hard of hearing; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to pharmacy; requiring a pharmacist who is employed by an off-site pharmaceutical service provider and provides certain services to a hospital or correctional institution in this State to be registered to practice pharmacy in this State; revising provisions governing certain pharmacies located outside this State; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to public works; requiring the regulations adopted by the State Public Works Board of the State Public Works Division of the Department of Administration to establish standards for the efficient use of energy to include provisions for the purposes of achieving net-zero energy consumption and net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by buildings and other projects of this State where practicable; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to caregivers; requiring the Department of Health and Human Services to develop and implement a pilot program to administer certain assessments to family caregivers and report the results of the pilot program to certain entities; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to industrial insurance; revising provisions governing the administration of a plan of insurance by certain associations of self-insured employers; eliminating assessments relating to a subsequent injury account; prohibiting certain claims against a subsequent injury account; repealing certain provisions relating to third-party administrators; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to counties; revising provisions relating to compensatory mitigation for losses of aquatic resources; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to confidential information; authorizing certain teachers, instructors and professors and certain retired teachers, instructors and professors to request that certain personal information be kept in a confidential manner; authorizing such persons to request that the Department of Motor Vehicles display an alternate address on a driver's license, commercial driver's license or identification card; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to public works; requiring contractors and subcontractors on a public work to use the federal E-Verify employment verification system to verify eligibility for employment for all workers on the public work; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to government administration; providing, with certain exceptions, that governmental entities shall not prohibit the use of certain refrigerants; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to regional planning; requiring representatives of certain counties and cities to meet jointly for a specified period to identify issues and make recommendations regarding the orderly management of growth in the region; requiring such representatives to prepare certain joint reports during that period; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to common-interest communities; prohibiting a unit-owners' association or a unit's owner who rents or leases his or her unit from imposing certain restrictions on the display of religious items; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to transportation; imposing certain requirements relating to common motor carriers on a transportation network company; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
