AN ACT relating to motor vehicles; revising provisions relating to a lien on a motor vehicle; revising provisions relating to automobile wreckers; revising provisions governing liens on certain abandoned vehicles; revising the date by which the Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles is required to submit certain reports concerning garages, garage operators and body shops; repealing provisions relating to special license plates issued to honorary consuls of foreign countries; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to water; revising provisions relating to sinking or boring certain wells for water already appropriated; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to securities; defining Nevada certified investor; authorizing the Administrator of the Securities Division of the Office of the Secretary of State, who is the Deputy of Securities, to adopt certain regulations; providing for an exemption from certain requirements concerning the registration of securities for certain transactions involving an offer to sell or sale of a security by certain issuers who are residents of this State to a Nevada certified investor; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to gaming; authorizing the Chair of the Nevada Gaming Control Board to administratively approve certain persons to temporarily engage in certain gaming activities or receive proceeds therefrom without procuring a state gaming license; revising the definition of gaming employee; revising provisions relating to delinquent debt owed to the Board that is determined to be impossible or impracticable to collect; revising provisions concerning the general powers and duties of the Board and the Nevada Gaming Commission; authorizing persons aggrieved by final decisions or orders of the Commission relating to disciplinary matters to obtain a judicial review of a decision or order in the district court in and for Carson City; providing that any person authorized to receive a share of the revenue from a slot machine operated on the premises of a gaming licensee is liable for his or her proportionate share of a license fee for the slot machines; including additional fees for which prepayment credit may be granted with regard to continuing operations; authorizing the Commission to adopt certain regulations defining the scope of the power and authority of the Board and Commission relating to hosting centers, interactive gaming service providers and service providers; exempting persons who accept employment or an independent contract with the Commission as a Commissioner appointed by the Governor from certain provisions of law governing the employment of retired public employees; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to manufactured housing; changing the name of the document issued by the Housing Division of the Department of Business and Industry indicating the ownership of a manufactured home, mobile home, manufactured building or commercial coach or factory-built housing from a certificate of ownership to a certificate of title; authorizing the Administrator of the Division to issue certain documents in electronic form; revising requirements for certain transactions involving the ownership of a manufactured home, mobile home, manufactured building or commercial coach or factory-built housing; revising eligibility requirements for persons seeking assistance from the Account for Affordable Housing; revising provisions governing local ordinances concerning the placement of certain manufactured homes; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to district judges; prescribing the manner for increasing the annual base salary of district judges; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to wildlife; revising provisions relating to the authorized uses of certain fees for processing each application for a game tag; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to counties; revising provisions relating to the compensation of certain county commissioners; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to adult maltreatment; creating the Vulnerable Adult Fatality Review Committee; providing for the review of deaths resulting from or relating to adult maltreatment; requiring the Committee to develop certain reports and perform certain other duties relating to the investigation and prevention of adult maltreatment; providing access for the Committee to certain documents; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to intercollegiate athletics; requiring certain persons and entities who facilitate name, image or likeness contracts to register with the Secretary of State; authorizing the Secretary of State to take certain actions to carry out provisions governing such contracts; authorizing the imposition of administrative sanctions for certain violations; revising requirements related to the disclosure of such contracts; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to offenders; transferring the duty to issue photo identification cards to offenders from the Department of Corrections to the Department of Motor Vehicles; establishing procedures relating to processing applications for and the delivery of photo identification cards to offenders; requiring the Director of the Department of Corrections to provide an offender with an application for a photo identification card and information and assistance relating to acquiring a valid driver's license or identification card at least 4 months before the projected release of the offender; revising provisions governing the right to vote for convicted persons; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to contractors; increasing the value of work a licensed contractor may perform for which the contractor does not have a license in the applicable classification or subclassification; authorizing, under certain circumstances, the State Contractors' Board to annually adjust the value of work for which a licensed contractor may perform and not have a license in the applicable classification or subclassification; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to confidential information; authorizing a peace officer or retired peace officer to obtain a court order requiring a county recorder to maintain certain personal information in a confidential manner; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
