An Act To Create New Section 31-7-15.1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require State Agencies To Give A Purchasing Preference To Drones Manufactured In The State Of Mississippi; To Prohibit State Agencies From Purchasing Or Operating Drones Manufactured Or Assembled From Parts Manufactured In The People's Republic Of China; To Provide That The Provisions Of This Act Shall Not Apply To An Institution Of Higher Learning With A Federally Designated Research Center On Uncrewed Systems And Related Matters; And For Related Purposes.

An Act To Create The Mississippi Tele-emergency Services Grant Program To Be Administered By The Mississippi State Department Of Health; To Provide That The Grant Program Shall Be Used By The Mississippi State Department Of Health For The Purpose Of Promoting Rural Tele-emergency Services With An Emphasis On Tele-stroke, Tele-behavioral Health, And Tele-emergency Medical Services (tele-ems); To Allow An Administrative Set-aside To Cover Costs Of Administration; To Provide The Criteria That Must Be Submitted To The Department In Order For An Applicant To Be Eligible For A Grant; To Provide Reporting Requirements About The Program; And For Related Purposes.

An Act To Require School Districts To Establish A Program To Recognize Teachers Who Achieve Perfect Attendance During A Semester; To Require The Payment Of A $500 Salary Supplement To Teachers Having Perfect Attendance; To Exclude Certain Absences For Professional Reasons From Consideration Of A Teacher's Attendance; And For Related Purposes.

An Act To Require The State Department Of Health To Adopt A Regulation Providing That Rural Hospitals May Transfer Patients To Larger Hospitals And Larger Hospitals Must Admit The Transferred Patients, When Physicians At The Rural Hospitals Have Determined That It Is Medically Necessary For The Patients To Receive Services At The Larger Hospital; And For Related Purposes.

An Act To Create The Orphaned Well Cryptocurrency Mining Partnership Program For The Purpose Of Authorizing Cryptocurrency Miners To Assume Liability Of Plugging, Remediating, Or Reclaiming Orphaned Wells, In Return For Temporary Control Of The Energy From The Well; To Require The Mississippi Department Of Environmental Quality To Administer The Program; To Define Certain Terms Relating To Orphaned Wells And Cryptocurrency Mining; To Create The Orphaned Well Cryptocurrency Mining Partnership Program Fund; To Provide For A Bidding Process For Cryptocurrency Miners In The Program; To Require That The Cost Of Plugging, Remediating, Or Reclaiming An Orphaned Well Be Capped At Three Times The Initial Estimate By The Department, Unless It Is Demonstrated That The Winning Bidder Caused Additional Costs To The Site; To Require Cryptocurrency Miners In The Program To Provide A Yearly Update To The Department; To Authorize Cryptocurrency Miners To Take Legal Ownership Of The Well At The End Of The Agreed Upon Mining Period; And For Related Purposes.
