Enacts the "sweatshop-free college apparel act" which requires institutions in the state of New York establish a sweat-free code of conduct in line with labor standards established by the Workers Right Consortium.
Provides that prescription labels for gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists, pubertal suppressants, anabolic steroids, alpha reductase inhibitors, progestins, or drug classes for hormone replacement therapy maybe include the name of the dispensing practice instead of the prescriber; provides for notice to patients.
Establishes protections for adults sixty years of age or older, or at least the age of eighteen and who, because of mental or physical impairments, are unable to manage their own resources or protect themselves from financial exploitation without assistance from others.
Memorializing Governor Kathy Hochul to proclaim March 2025, as Greek History Month in the State of New York, in conjunction with the commemoration of the 204th Anniversary of Greek Independence
Enacts the "motor carrier safety compliance requirement act"; requires companies contracting with motor carriers to verify compliance with safety regulations, maintain proper oversight, and ensure adherence to established safety practices.
