Enacts provisions governing the transition of control of certain homeowners' associations; requires owner election of board members upon the occurrence of certain events, including the conveyance of title to 90% of the parcels in the community.
Adds to the definition of trespassing in the third degree, not having entered a lease or license for such building or real property with the rightful owner, enters or remains in such building or upon such real property or otherwise occupies such building or real property without title, right, permission of the rightful owner, or payment of rent accepted by the rightful owner.

Relates to the publication of immunization information; requires schools to provide immunization information to the commissioner of health; requires the department of health to make immunization information, including rates of immunization, available on its website.
Relates to establishing discount programs for veterans; provides that utilities, waterworks corporations, telephone corporations and cable television companies shall create discount programs that provide a 10 percent discount to veterans; defines terms.
Makes it a felony to fail to obtain an alteration permit or certificate of occupancy for a multiple dwelling where alteration was the direct or indirect cause of an injury.
Requires the commissioner of education, in consultation with any appropriate agency, to develop and implement an expanded curriculum or instruction for school districts on the history of organized and unorganized labor in the United States.
