An act to amend Sections 2736, 4606, 6533.5, and 22253.5 of the Business and Professions Code, to amend Section 14502 of the Corporations Code, to amend Sections 33192, 33195.2, 44237, and 45125.1 of the Education Code, to amend Section 8908 of the Family Code, to amend Sections 1300 and 17331 of the Financial Code, to amend Section 725 of the Harbors and Navigation Code, to amend Sections 1522, 1568.09, 1569.17, and 1596.871 of the Health and Safety Code, to amend Sections 11105 and 11105.3 of, to add Section 11105.003 to, and to repeal and add Section 23520 of, the Penal Code, to amend Section 5164 of the Public Resources Code, and to amend Sections 14043.38 and 16519.5 of the Welfare and Institutions Code, relating to criminal history information, and declaring the urgency thereof, to take effect immediately.
Obtaining criminal history record checks for naturopathic doctors and genetic counselors; and to amend and reenact subdivision d of subsection 2 of section 12-60-24 of the North Dakota Century Code, providing authority to complete the background checks with the bureau of criminal investigation to complete the criminal history record checks.
