Authorizes, under certain circumstances, full-time college and university students to act as election inspectors and poll clerks in the election district where their college or university is located.
Relates to the appointment of election inspectors and poll clerks; provides that each board of elections submit a report detailing assignments of election inspectors and poll clerks; provides that each board of elections be required to fill vacancies by appointing individuals that appear on the additional inspector list.
In district election officers, providing for master list of prospective clerks of election and for clerk of election vacancies and further providing for vacancies in election boards, appointment, judge and majority inspector to be members of majority party and minority inspector to be member of minority party.

Prohibits the enforcement of federal immigration laws while within two hundred feet of specified voting locations; extends the prohibition on electioneering activities to within two hundred feet of the specified voting location; authorizes a county elections official to extend the time for closing the polls at any polling place if the county elections official determines that voting at the polling place was disrupted as a result of a violation of the prohibitions on enforcement of federal immigration laws or electioneering; limits the exceptions to the prohibition on carrying firearms in a sensitive location; provides for the repeal of such provisions upon the expiration thereof.
