AN ACT relating to disabilities; establishing the State as a Model Employer Program in the Division of Human Resource Management of the Department of Administration; making an appropriation; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to evidence; prohibiting a law enforcement agency or forensic laboratory from taking certain actions relating to the DNA profile and DNA record of a survivor of sexual assault; expanding certain prohibitions against the use of certain evidence secured in connection with an investigation or prosecution of a sexual assault; requiring certain entities to conduct an audit of certain biological specimens, DNA profiles and DNA records, to the extent money is available; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to property; authorizing tenants subject to certain actions for summary eviction to request that the court stay the action until a decision concerning an application for rental assistance is made and establishing procedures relating thereto; requiring a landlord to accept payment of rent from a tenant and rental assistance on behalf of a tenant under certain circumstances; authorizing a justice court to establish a diversion program for certain tenants subject to an action for summary eviction; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to gaming; excluding certain portions of entry fees paid to participate in certain contests or tournaments from the gross revenue of certain gaming licensees for the purpose of calculating gaming license fees and for certain other purposes; revising provisions relating to the designation of gaming enterprise districts; revising requirements relating to the filing of certain information concerning foreign gaming with the Nevada Gaming Control Board; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to mining; revising provisions relating to the reclamation of exploration projects and mining operations; revising requirements relating to a plan for reclamation; requiring certain state agencies to prepare reports relating to certain impacts of pit lakes and mining; providing a penalty; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to health care; exempting certain conduct of certain practitioners of healing arts practicing within their authorized scope of authority from provisions governing certain practitioners of other healing arts; enacting provisions governing the certification and regulation of certified registered nurse anesthetists; authorizing a certified registered nurse anesthetist to order, prescribe, possess and administer controlled substances, poisons, dangerous drugs and devices under certain circumstances; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to firearms; prohibiting a person who is less than 21 years of age from possessing certain firearms; making it unlawful to aid or knowingly permit a person who is less than 21 years of age to possess a firearm under certain circumstances; revising provisions relating to the storage of a firearm; revising provisions relating to the handling, possession or control of a firearm by certain children; providing penalties; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to health care; prohibiting health care licensing boards from taking certain action against a provider of health care or certain other persons for providing or assisting in the provision of gender-affirming health care services; prohibiting the Governor from surrendering, or issuing an arrest warrant for, a person who is charged in another state with a criminal violation related to gender-affirming health care services; prohibiting state agencies, local governments and members of the judiciary from assisting in certain investigations and proceedings initiated in other states related to gender-affirming health care services; requiring certain health care licensing boards to examine the feasibility of reciprocal licensure for health care providers who provide gender-affirming health care services in other states; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to residential facilities for groups; prescribing certain grounds for disciplinary action against a residential facility for groups; prohibiting certain persons from serving as the representative of a resident of a residential facility for groups for purposes relating to an involuntary discharge; imposing requirements governing certain contracts between a resident and a residential facility for groups; prohibiting the involuntary discharge of a resident of a residential facility for groups except for certain reasons; imposing requirements governing the procedure for such an involuntary discharge; requiring the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman to provide certain assistance concerning such a discharge; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to cannabis; revising provisions relating to cannabis establishment agents; requiring the Cannabis Compliance Board to consider certain matters before adopting, amending or repealing any regulation; revising provisions relating to the issuance and renewal of licenses and registration cards by the Board; revising certain restrictions on sales of cannabis; requiring the Board to develop and implement a process by which a person may petition for an exemption from certain provisions related to excluded felony offenses; decreasing certain fees for the issuance and renewal of an adult-use cannabis establishment license; authorizing cannabis establishments to have more than one entrance; deeming each adult-use cannabis establishment to be a dual licensee; revising the exemption from state prosecution for certain offenses relating to cannabis to increase the amount of cannabis and concentrated cannabis that a person who is 21 years of age or older is authorized to possess, deliver or produce; authorizing certain local governments to use money collected from a licensing tax on cannabis establishments for certain purposes; revising provisions relating to the excise tax on cannabis; revising the definition of the term marijuana; requiring the Cannabis Advisory Commission to conduct a study concerning certain matters relating to the scheduling of cannabis; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to health care; requiring a hospital to provide for the insertion or injection of certain long-acting reversible contraception if requested by a patient giving birth at a hospital; limiting the amount a hospital or provider of health care may require an insurer to pay for long-acting reversible contraception under such circumstances; prohibiting an insurer from refusing to cover a contraceptive injection or the insertion of certain contraceptive devices at a hospital immediately after an insured gives birth; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to the Nevada ABLE Savings Program; creating the Transforming Opportunities for Toddlers and Students Grant Program within the Nevada ABLE Savings Program; requiring the State Treasurer to administer the Grant Program; authorizing the State Treasurer to adopt regulations relating to the Grant Program; making an appropriation; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to civil actions; providing that peace officers are immune from civil liability under certain circumstances; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to residential facilities; imposing certain requirements governing the operation of a senior living community referral agency; requiring a senior living community referral agency to make certain reports; prescribing authorized methods for determining the amount of compensation that a senior living community referral agency receives from a senior living community; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.

AN ACT relating to elections; creating the Election Crimes Unit within the Elections Division of the Office of the Secretary of State; requiring the Unit to establish a complaint system and a hotline to report election irregularities; requiring the Unit to receive and review complaints, notices and reports concerning alleged election irregularities; authorizing the Unit to conduct investigations or make referrals relating to alleged election irregularities; requiring the Unit to submit a report to the Governor and the Legislature every odd-numbered year concerning alleged election irregularities; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
