Directs Higher Education Student Assistance Authority to grant deferment of New Jersey College Loans to Assist State Students (NJCLASS) student loan payments to new parent.
Provides corporation business tax credit for certain investment in manufacturing equipment and manufacturing facility renovation, modernization, and expansion, or hiring and training of new employees for manufacturing purposes.
Establishes "Persons with Disabilities and Senior Citizen Transportation Services Task Force" to examine ways to improve transportation services for persons with disabilities and senior citizens.
Requires MVC to accept emergency medical technician and paramedic certification cards as two points of documentation for purposes of MVC identification verification program.
Creates Mental Health Diversion Program to divert eligible persons away from criminal justice system and into appropriate case management and mental health services.
Requires all public school teachers and paraprofessionals working with autistic students to possess Registered Behavior Technician credential by 2020-2021 school year.
