Establishes NJ Gross Income Tax EasyFile Program; pilot program to allow Division of Taxation to prepare gross income tax return forms for certain taxpayers.
Requires employees of private entity with access to student information under contract with DOE, school districts, or charter schools to undergo criminal background check.
Makes it a crime of the first degree to coerce a patient to request medication pursuant to the "Medical Aid in Dying for the Terminally Ill Act" or to forge a patient's request for such medication.
Requires Police Training Commission to contract with crisis intervention training center to provide mental health training to police officers and establish curriculum specific to persons experiencing economic crisis or substance use disorder.
