States findings of the Legislature and requests the President of the United States and the Senate and the House of Representatives of the United States take action to secure the border, to stop illegal immigration, and to adopt and implement targeted immigration reform.
Amends and adds to existing law to revise a provision regarding a false report of explosives and to provide for the crime of false reports of violence or emergency in public or private places.
Amends and adds to existing law to revise provisions regarding voting machines, certain duties of election officials, and the payment of election expenses by counties and provides for public voting machine accuracy tests.
