Adds to existing law to establish the Higher Education Fairness Act to prohibit diversity, equity, and inclusion positions, diversity training, and political loyalty tests in higher education.
Amends and adds to existing law to provide for a strategic plan for school districts and public charter schools and to provide for a certain training for school district board of trustee members and public charter school board of directors members.
Adds to existing law to provide that health benefit plans and student health benefit plans covering prescription contraception must provide reimbursement for a six-month supply except under certain circumstances.
