Inspector General for Ukraine ActThis bill establishes the Office of the Inspector General for Ukraine, led by the Inspector General for Ukraine who shall be appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate.The duties of the office includeconducting, supervising, and coordinating audits and investigations of the amounts appropriated or otherwise made available for the military and nonmilitary support of Ukraine, and of the programs, operations, and contracts carried out utilizing such funds;establishing, maintaining, and overseeing such systems, procedures, and controls as the office considers appropriate for such audits and investigations; andcoordinating with the Offices of Inspector General of the Department of Defense (DOD), the Department of State, and the U.S. Agency for International Development.Whenever information or assistance requested by the office is unreasonably refused or not provided, the office shall report the circumstances to the State Department or DOD, as appropriate, and to Congress without delay.The office shall submit a report to Congress on a quarterly basis.

A bill to establish an Outdoor Restoration Fund for restoration and resilience projects, and for other purposes.

Disengaging Entirely From the United Nations Debacle Act of 2025 or the DEFUND Act of 2025This bill directs the President to terminate U.S. membership in the United Nations (U.N.) and all formally affiliated bodies. It also ends U.S. participation in all U.N. conventions and agreements.Funds may be appropriated to facilitate U.S. withdrawal from the U.N. No funds may be made available for contributions or payments to any U.N. body.The bill prohibits U.S. participation in any U.N. peacekeeping operation.The bill also repeals diplomatic immunity for officers and employees of the U.N. and for officers and employees of foreign government missions to the U.N.The bill repeals various acts related to the U.N., including the United Nations Participation Act of 1945, the United Nations Headquarters Agreement Act, and a joint resolution establishing U.S. membership in the World Health Organization.The United States may not rejoin the U.N. or any formally affiliated body without the advice and consent of the Senate. Any agreement to rejoin the U.N. or a formally affiliated body must include the right of the United States to withdraw from the agreement.

Miccosukee Reserved Area Amendments ActThis bill expands the Miccosukee Reserved Area to include a portion of Everglades National Park in Florida that is known as Osceola Camp. The Department of the Interior, in consultation with the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians, must take appropriate actions to protect structures within the Osceola Camp from flooding.

A bill to redesignate land within certain wilderness study areas in the State of Wyoming, and for other purposes.

A bill to prohibit funding for the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change until China is no longer defined as a developing country.

A bill to amend the Housing Act of 1949 to permit certain grants to be used for accessory dwelling units, and for other purposes.

A bill to ensure State and local law enforcement officers are permitted to cooperate with Federal officials to protect our communities from violent criminals and suspected terrorists who are illegally present in the United States.

A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to provide for an alternative removal for performance or misconduct for Federal employees.

Disabling Enemy Flight Entry and Neutralizing Suspect Equipment Act or the DEFENSE ActThis bill allows the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or the Department of Justice (DOJ) to deputize state or local law enforcement officers to take certain drone countermeasures to protect stadiums and other public gatherings.Specifically, DHS or DOJ may provide state or local law enforcement officers with the authority to identify, monitor, and track drones; warn drone operators; disrupt or take control of drones; or use reasonable force to disable, damage, and seize or destroy drones deemed to pose a threat.This authority applies for the purposes of protecting an event, stadium, or venue; certain large public gatherings (e.g., gatherings that are primarily outdoors with an estimated attendance of at least 100,000 people); or other public gatherings protected by specific temporary flight restrictions imposed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).Prior to being deputized, a state or local law enforcement officer must complete training in the use of the drone countermeasure authority.DHS or DOJ, in coordination with the Department of Transportation and the FAA, must exercise oversight over the use of this authority by deputized state or local law enforcement officers.Finally, the bill limits the equipment authorized for detecting, identifying, monitoring, or tracking drones to systems or technologies that are included on a list of authorized equipment maintained by DHS, in coordination with DOJ, the FAA, the Federal Communications Commission, and the National Telecommunications and Information Administration.

A bill to replace the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases with 3 separate national research institutes.

A bill to require the United States Postal Service to apply certain requirements when closing a processing, shipping, delivery, or other facility supporting a post office.

Transparency in Bureaucratic Communications ActThis bill requires federal offices of inspectors general to include in their existing semiannual reports to Congress information about any communications between their department or agency and certain online platforms and services. Specifically, such reports must include details on the contents and circumstances of any communication or attempted communication with an internet platform, information content provider, or access software provider. Covered communications include those addressing specific online content, content moderation practices, and any other topic related to a platform's or service's data inputs, algorithms, modeling and simulation processes, analysis tools, or any related tool. 

Broadband Grant Tax Treatment ActThis bill excludes from gross income (for federal tax purposes) certain grants received for broadband deployment.As background, contributions of capital to a corporation generally are not taxable income. However, under an exception enacted in 2017 by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, grants from a government or civic organization are not contributions to capital and, thus, treated as taxable income. Prior to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) considered certain grants from a government or civic organization contributions of capital and, thus, not taxable income.The bill specifically excludes from gross income grants received for broadband deployment from theNational Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program;NTIA State Digital Equity Capacity Grant Program;NTIA Digital Equity Competitive Grant Program;NTIA Enabling Middle Mile Broadband Infrastructure Program;Department of Agriculture ReConnect Program;Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds and the Coronavirus Capital Projects Fund; andNTIA Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program and the Broadband Infrastructure Program.The bill also requires the IRS to issue guidance on the exclusion from gross income of such grants.The bill applies to funds received in tax years ending after March 11, 2021.
