The House Transportation Committee met on April 21 and heard a series of transportation, licensing, tolling, and public safety measures. The committee concluded by reporting HB 1207 favorably; that bill would limit unduly restrictive contractor qualification requirements in public bidding and require such requirements to be reasonably related to the project and justified in writing.
