SHORT-TERM RENTALS – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding limitations on the regulation of and limiting the tax duties of short-term rentals.
STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE AFFAIRS – Adds to existing law to provide for state sovereignty, jurisdictional presumption, and a limitation on federal power.
LINDEN BATEMAN – States findings of the Legislature and honors the lifetime achievements of Linden Bateman, the author, sponsor, and successful advocate for the law designating “Idaho Day.”
FRANK HARWOOD, JOHN MORRISON JR., AND DAVID TYSDAL – States findings of the Legislature and honors fallen firefighters Frank Harwood and John Morrison Jr. and critically injured engineer David Tysdal.
MARRIAGE – States findings of the Legislature and calls on the Supreme Court of the United States to reverse the decision in Obergefell v. Hodges and restore the natural definition of marriage, a union of one man and one woman.
STATE TREASURER – Amends existing law to provide that idle moneys may be invested in physical gold and silver in certain instances, to provide for storage of physical gold and silver, and to provide for a maximum allowed investment.
