To enact section 2305.322 of the Revised Code to establish a liability framework for participants, sponsors, and spectators during motorized off-road activities.

To amend sections 4503.10, 4503.102, 4503.20, 4507.212, 4509.101, 4509.66, 4509.67, 4509.69, and 4509.77 and to enact sections 4503.48, 4509.43, 4509.431, 4509.432, 4509.433, and 4509.434 of the Revised Code to implement an online financial responsibility verification system and to modify the financial responsibility laws.

To enact section 5534.474 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of U.S. Route 42 in Morrow County as the "Deputy Daniel "Weston" Sherrer Memorial Highway."

To amend sections 3701.83, 3718.02, 3718.021, 3718.03, 3718.06, 3718.11, 6111.44, and 6111.441 of the Revised Code to make changes to the law governing household sewage treatment systems.
