Supporting the designation of the week of April 11 through April 17, 2026, as "Black Maternal Health Week", founded by Black Mamas Matter Alliance, Inc. (BMMA), to bring national attention to the maternal and reproductive health crisis in the United States and the importance of reducing maternal mortality and morbidity among Black women and birthing people.
Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that public servants should be commended for their dedication and continued service to the United States, including their commitment to defending the Constitution and delivering essential services to United States citizens, and in doing so, supporting the United States economy, during Public Service Recognition Week and throughout the year.
Reaffirming the importance of the United States promoting the safety, health, and well-being of refugees and displaced persons in the United States and around the world.
