Economic development: Michigan strategic fund; Michigan strategic fund; eliminate, and create the economic development fair competition and free enterprise act. Creates new act & repeals (See bill).
Traffic control: driver license; suspension of a driver license for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating or alcoholic liquor or a controlled substance; require. Amends secs. 319b & 319d of 1949 PA 300 (MCL 257.319b & 257.319d) & adds secs. 319h & 319i.
Insurance: no-fault; certain claims by a passenger of a vehicle driven by an intoxicated individual; prohibit. Amends 1956 PA 218 (MCL 500.100 - 500.8302) by adding sec. 3009a.
Crimes: intoxication or impairment; penalties for operating while intoxicated and causing the death of another individual; modify. Amends sec. 625 of 1949 PA 300 (MCL 257.625).
Natural resources: hunting; lifetime hunting and fishing licenses for veterans; provide for. Amends secs. 44101, 44103, 44104, 44105 & 44106 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL324.44101 et seq.) & adds sec. 44102a.
Economic development: other; land bank fast track act; amend to reflect elimination of the Michigan strategic fund. Amends secs. 3, 16 & 23 of 2003 PA 258 (MCL 124.753 et seq.). TIE BAR WITH: SB 0631'25
