Authorizes the South Nassau Water Authority and the North Shore Water Authority to remain eligible for funding in state fiscal year two thousand twenty-six--two thousand twenty-seven.

Provides that no person shall engage in the operation of a marine hatchery or in the off-bottom or on-bottom culture of any species belonging to the order Octopoda unless for scientific or educational purposes for the purpose of human consumption.
Establishes the crimes of unlawful dissemination or publication of intimate images in the first, second, and third degree; defines terms and clarifies application of provisions relating to such crimes; extends the statute of limitations for such crimes; repeals provisions relating thereto.

Requires electric utility corporations, energy services companies and municipalities to provide an itemized breakdown on all monthly bills detailing infrastructure costs, contributions to the New York Power Authority, and other public utility investments.
