To enact section 5.63 of the Revised Code to designate August 26th as "Abbey Gate Remembrance Day."

To amend sections 3301.079, 3301.0714, 3301.0715, 3302.03, 3302.07, 3302.13, 3310.41, 3313.6028, 3313.90, 3314.03, 3317.25, 3317.28, 3324.10, and 3326.11; to enact new section 3313.6032 and sections 3301.0734, 3302.131, 3313.476, 3313.6034, 3319.2214, and 3319.2311; and to repeal section 3313.6032 of the Revised Code with regard to academic intervention services at public schools, the list of approved diagnostic assessments, state achievement assessments, career-technical education for home-educated students, the presentation of information by youth organizations, and community schools of quality designations.

To amend sections 341.02 and 5901.03 and to enact section 341.43 of the Revised Code to require incarcerating institutions to verify the veteran status of incarcerated individuals.

To amend sections 5747.98 and 5751.98 and to enact sections 5747.74 and 5751.56 of the Revised Code to authorize a nonrefundable tax credit for donations to certain pregnancy resource centers and maternity homes.

To enact section 3301.96 of the Revised Code to provide for the designation of high-quality youth development programs by the Director of Education and Workforce.

To enact section 5.57 of the Revised Code to designate January 22 as the "Day of Tears."

To amend section 5163.33 of the Revised Code to declare the General Assembly's intent to increase the Medicaid personal needs allowance for residents of nursing homes and ICFs/IID.

To amend sections 3902.50 and 3902.70; to amend, for the purpose of adopting a new section number as indicated in parentheses, section 3902.72 (3902.75); and to enact new section 3902.72 of the Revised Code to prohibit drug manufacturers from taking certain actions regarding reimbursements made to 340B covered entities.
