To enact section 2317.57 of the Revised Code to enact the Abortion Pill Provider Liability Education (APPLE) Act.

To amend sections 3313.603, 3313.6020, 3313.617, 3314.03, 3317.014, 3326.11, and 3328.24; to enact sections 3301.0733, 3301.14, 3301.141, 3301.142, 3313.6034, and 3313.6115; and to repeal section 3313.607 of the Revised Code regarding the Education and Workforce Return on Investment Initiative, a middle school career exploration course requirement, and student career and academic plans.

To amend sections 4501.11 and 5503.02 and to enact section 2923.26 of the Revised Code to enact the Keep Them Safe Act and to make an appropriation.

To amend section 3301.0712 of the Revised Code regarding a civics assessment in lieu of the American government end-of-course exam.

To temporarily increase the amount of the homestead exemptions and to declare an emergency.

To amend sections 109.85, 117.10, 2903.216, 2913.40, 2923.31, 4113.52, 5101.542, 5164.32, 5164.33, 5164.36, 5164.57, 5167.03, and 5167.18 and to enact sections 103.413, 3901.93, 5101.5411, 5162.138, 5162.139, 5162.1311, 5162.17, 5162.19, 5162.90, 5163.05, 5164.11, 5164.12, 5164.13, 5164.292, 5164.302, 5164.303, 5164.304, 5164.305, 5164.331, 5164.332, 5164.40, 5164.401, 5164.402, 5164.403, 5164.404, 5164.405, 5164.406, 5164.41, 5164.42, 5164.421, 5164.43, and 5167.23 of the Revised Code regarding program integrity for certain components of the Medicaid program, regarding the authority of the Attorney General and Auditor of State, to require Ohio's SNAP program to begin using chip-enabled EBT cards, and to name section 5101.542 of the Revised Code as amended in this act and section 5101.5411 of the Revised Code as enacted in this act the Enhanced Cybersecurity for SNAP Act and to name the remainder of this act the Ohio Medicaid Program Integrity and Fraud Prevention Act.

To enact sections 5119.081 and 5123.131 of the Revised Code regarding the carrying of firearms by certain special police officers.

To amend sections 3313.603, 3314.03, 3322.20, 3326.15, and 3328.22 and to enact sections 3313.6034 and 3313.6035 of the Revised Code to require school districts to offer, and students to complete, at least one high school computer science course.

To amend sections 3314.03, 3326.11, and 3328.24 and to enact section 3313.802 of the Revised Code to enact the Display of Founding Documents of Historic Significance Act regarding the display of certain historical documents in public schools.

To amend sections 2923.121 and 2923.1214 and to enact section 2923.1215 of the Revised Code to prohibit a business, state agency, or political subdivision from discouraging or prohibiting a law enforcement officer from carrying a weapon while off duty.

To enact section 4113.13 of the Revised Code regarding the creation and display of a poster containing information on benefits and services for veterans.

To amend section 9.68 of the Revised Code to permit individuals to seek punitive or exemplary damages against municipal corporations that pass gun control measures.

To amend sections 107.036, 5739.02, 5747.98, and 5751.98 and to enact sections 122.1712, 5747.053, and 5751.56 of the Revised Code to exempt from the sales and use tax the sale of certain firearms and ammunition and to authorize refundable tax credits for small arms and ammunition manufacturing projects.

To amend sections 131.02, 715.013, 928.01, 928.03, 4506.01, 5502.01, 5502.13, 5502.14, 5703.052, 5703.053, 5703.19, 5703.263, 5703.50, 5703.70, and 5703.77 and to enact sections 3779.01, 3779.02, 3779.03, 3779.04, 3779.05, 3779.06, 3779.21, 3779.22, 3779.23, 3779.24, 3779.25, 3779.26, 3779.27, 3779.28, 3779.29, 3779.40, 3779.41, 3779.42, 3779.43, 3779.431, 3779.44, 3779.45, 3779.451, 3779.46, 3779.47, 3779.48, and 3779.99 of the Revised Code to generally prohibit the sale of intoxicating hemp products, except for sales at licensed dispensaries; to regulate drinkable cannabinoid products, and to levy taxes on drinkable cannabinoid products and other intoxicating hemp products that may be sold.

To amend section 4741.04 and to enact section 4741.041 of the Revised Code to establish requirements and procedures for veterinarian telehealth visits.
