In county boards of elections, further providing for powers and duties of county boards; in datesof elections and primaries and special elections, providing for authorization of ranked choice voting in municipal elections; in nomination of candidates, further providing for which candidates nominated; in ballots, further providing for form of official primary ballot; in electronic voting systems, further providing for election day procedures and the process of voting; in preparation for and conduct of primaries and elections, further providing for method of marking ballots and depositing same in districts in which ballots are used and for count and return of votes in districts in which ballots are used; and, in returns of primaries and elections, further providing for persons receiving highest number of votes to be declared elected.
Further providing for the disclosure of certain criminal history record information and certain information related to abuse to the Domestic Violence Fatality Review Board and to any domestic violence fatality review team; and establishing the Domestic Violence Fatality Review Program.
Condemning any threats of political violence made against elected representatives and reaffirming the duty of uniformed military personnel to comply with the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
Providing for geothermal energy development; imposing duties on the Department of Environmental Protection; promulgating regulations; establishing the Geothermal Energy Development Fund; and imposing penalties.
Providing for manufactured homes; consolidating the Manufactured Home Community Rights Act; establishing the Office of Manufactured Home Ombudsman, the position of Manufactured Home Ombudsman, the Manufactured Home Hearing Board and the Manufactured Home Restricted Account; imposing duties on the Department of Community and Economic Development; and making a repeal.
