To enact section 125.62 of the Revised Code to establish the Ohio-Made Medicine Manufacturing Program and to name this act the Ohio-Made Prescription Drug Act.
To amend section 6111.09 of the Revised Code to impose increased civil penalties for repeat violations of certain rules pertaining to using, placing, or managing dredged material.
To amend sections 3301.12, 5502.63, 5747.08, and 5747.98 and to enact sections 2923.1215, 2923.1216, 3901.97, 5502.621, and 5747.74 of the Revised Code to require secure storage of firearms, to authorize income tax credits, to name this act the Keep Every Home Safe Act, and to make an appropriation.
To amend sections 3317.011, 3317.012, 3317.018, 3317.0110, and 3317.022 and to enact section 3317.41 of the Revised Code and to amend Sections 265.10, as subsequently amended, 265.150, 265.190, and 265.450 of H.B. 96 of the 136th General Assembly regarding base cost calculation and use in the public school financing system, to express the General Assembly's intent to secure a thorough and efficient system of common schools, and to make an appropriation.
To enact section 175.50 of the Revised Code to provide grants to qualifying applicants for mortgage assistance and to name the act the Mortgage Stability Act.
To amend sections 5162.20 and 5167.12 and to enact sections 3902.65 and 5164.094 of the Revised Code to require health benefit plans and the Medicaid Program to cover epinephrine and glucagon for individuals eighteen years of age and younger and to cap cost sharing for epinephrine and glucagon in any form.
To amend sections 3767.01, 3767.05, 4301.74, 5321.02, and 5747.98 and to enact sections 5321.172 and 5747.35 of the Revised Code to allow a tenant to terminate a rental agreement if the tenant is a victim of a specified crime, to authorize an income tax credit for landlords who rented to such tenants, and to name this act the Ohio Safe Homes Act.
To amend sections 102.01, 102.06, and 102.99 and to enact section 102.032 of the Revised Code to prohibit public officials and employees from using prediction markets.
To amend sections 319.202, 319.54, 5747.02, 5747.03, and 5747.07 and to enact section 3345.012 of the Revised Code to provide a state-subsidized, tuition-free public higher education to Ohio students and to increase and levy taxes to fund that subsidy.
To enact sections 3902.65 and 5164.18 of the Revised Code to prohibit a health benefit plan and the Medicaid program from denying a claim for dental services on the basis of the age of the patient.
To enact sections 3902.65 and 5164.11 of the Revised Code to require health benefit plans and the Medicaid program to cover annual mental health well checks.
To enact section 4955.37 of the Revised Code to establish "Safe Zones" on railroad tracks for the safety of railroad employees and to name this act the Paul Payne Safe Zone Act.
