To amend sections 340.034, 2925.01, 5119.01, 5119.36, 5119.365, 5119.39, 5119.392, 5119.393, 5119.394, 5119.396, 5119.94, and 5119.99; to enact new section 5119.391 and sections 5119.02, 5119.369, 5119.398, and 5119.399; and to repeal sections 5119.391, 5119.395, and 5119.397 of the Revised Code to require state certification of recovery housing residences, to establish additional duties regarding services offered by community addiction services providers, and to create the Ohio Recovery Housing Task Force.

To amend section 5123.351 of the Revised Code regarding the authority of the Department of Developmental Disabilities to adopt rules regarding the use of community capital assistance funds.

To amend sections 3313.603, 3314.03, 3326.15, and 3328.22 and to enact sections 3313.6034 and 3313.6035 of the Revised Code to require school districts to offer, and students to complete, at least one high school computer science course.

To enact section 4503.728 of the Revised Code to create the "SHELTER" license plate.

To enact section 4955.37 of the Revised Code to establish "Safe Zones" on railroad tracks for the safety of railroad employees and to name this act the Paul Payne Safe Zone Act.

To enact section 4743.21 of the Revised Code regarding the use of artificial intelligence in therapy services.

To enact sections 1349.08, 1349.081, 1349.082, 1349.083, 1349.084, 1349.085, 5119.65, 5119.651, 5119.652, and 5119.653 of the Revised Code to require warning labels on addictive social media platforms.

To enact sections 3902.65 and 5164.18 of the Revised Code to prohibit a health benefit plan and the Medicaid program from denying a claim for dental services on the basis of the age of the patient.

To enact section 5534.474 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of U.S. Route 42 in Morrow County as the "Deputy Daniel "Weston" Sherrer Memorial Highway."

To enact section 2921.50 of the Revised Code to enact the Community and Police Protection Act to regulate law enforcement officers' use of masks.

To amend sections 3517.01 and 3517.08 of the Revised Code to allow a campaign committee to refund a political contribution to the donor for any reason.

To amend section 5919.29 and to enact section 5925.01 of the Revised Code to modify the Governor's responsibilities and authority regarding the Ohio National Guard and certain deployments of National Guard units in the state.

To amend sections 3505.18, 3505.31, 3509.05, 3511.09, and 3511.11 of the Revised Code to allow marked absent voter's ballots to be returned to any polling place in the county.

To enact section 5.63 of the Revised Code to designate October as "Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Awareness Month."
