To amend section 151.40 and to enact sections 122.65, 122.651, 122.652, 122.653, 122.654, 122.655, 122.657, 122.658, and 122.659 of the Revised Code to restore the Clean Ohio Fund to be administered by the Department of Development and the Clean Ohio Council.
To amend sections 3705.07, 3705.08, 3705.16, and 4731.22 and to enact sections 4731.2211 and 4731.742 of the Revised Code to require physicians to sign death certificates electronically.
To enact section 3701.68 of the Revised Code to require the Director of Health to establish an information and awareness program for mold, lead, radon, and carbon monoxide and to name this act the Healthy Homes Program Act.
To amend sections 3517.01 and 3517.08 of the Revised Code to allow a campaign committee to refund a political contribution to the donor for any reason.
To amend section 5919.29 and to enact section 5925.01 of the Revised Code to modify the Governor's responsibilities and authority regarding the Ohio National Guard and certain deployments of National Guard units in the state.
To enact section 5533.106 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 47 in Darke County as the "PFC John Wayne Richard Memorial Highway."
To enact sections 341.261, 753.321, and 5120.631 of the Revised Code regarding inmates' access to feminine hygiene products and showers by municipal and county correctional facilities and state correctional institutions.
To amend sections 122.17, 122.175, and 3745.015 and to enact sections 122.55, 149.437, 1521.301, 1521.302, 1521.303, 4582.432, 4941.01, 4941.02, 4941.03, 4941.04, 4941.05, 4941.06, 5709.94, and 6111.70 of the Revised Code regarding data centers.
To amend sections 1509.02, 1509.34, 5703.052, 5749.01, 5749.02, 5749.04, 5749.06, 5749.07, 5749.08, 5749.10, 5749.12, 5749.13, 5749.14, and 5749.15; to enact sections 4928.57 and 4928.571; and to repeal section 1509.50 of the Revised Code to modify the rate and revenue allocation of the severance tax on oil and natural gas, to create an electric bill credit, and to make an appropriation.
