To enact section 175.50 of the Revised Code to provide grants to qualifying applicants for mortgage assistance and to name the act the Mortgage Stability Act.
To amend section 122.98 and to enact sections 122.982 and 122.983 of the Revised Code to modify the Residential Development Revolving Loan Program and to name this act the Housing Recovery Act.
To enact sections 122.952, 122.953, and 122.954 of the Revised Code to establish the Ohio Defense and Space Advisory Commission and the Defense and Aerospace Industries Expansion Program, under which the Department of Development may make grants, and to make an appropriation.
To amend sections 2329.01, 2329.151, 2329.152, 2329.153, 2329.17, 2329.18, 2329.19, 2329.20, 2329.211, 2329.26, 2329.27, 2329.312, and 2329.52 of the Revised Code relating to real property foreclosures.
To amend section 121.22 and to enact sections 113.052, 122.952, 122.953, and 122.954 of the Revised Code to establish the Ohio Defense and Space Commission.
To amend sections 351.01, 351.021, 353.06, 5739.01, 5739.08, 5739.09, 5739.091, and 5741.01 of the Revised Code to extend sales and use taxes and local lodging taxes to short-term rentals and to require collection of those taxes by short-term rental platforms.
To amend sections 715.27, 3781.102, 4740.01, 4740.02, 4740.04, 4740.12, 4740.13, and 4764.03 of the Revised Code to require licensure of commercial roofing contractors.
To amend sections 2127.38, 2329.01, 2329.151, 2329.152, 2329.153, 2329.17, 2329.18, 2329.19, 2329.20, 2329.211, 2329.26, 2329.27, 2329.312, 2329.52, and 5721.10 of the Revised Code relating to real property foreclosures and estate sales.
To amend sections 153.011, 153.99, 3333.071, and 5525.21 of the Revised Code to require iron or steel that is produced in the United States be used on projects supported by state funds.
