Relates to the establishment of a wage data clearinghouse to evaluate the long-term effectiveness of workforce development and education programs in the state.
Enacts the "workforce development consolidation act" which transfers the office of strategic workforce development from the department of economic development to the department of labor; repeals provisions relating to such transfer.
Establishes the incentive evaluation act; creates the incentive evaluation commission to at least once every four years evaluate each incentive provided by the state and report to the governor and the legislature on their effectiveness and provide recommendations relating thereto.
