Enacts the psychology interjurisdictional compact, the recognition of emergency medical services personnel licensure interstate compact and the interstate counseling compact
Prohibits certain entities from engaging in the business of securing motor vehicle registrations or giving instructions as to procuring motor vehicle registrations
Relates to allowing vehicles with permits for handicapped parking issued anywhere in the state to use all spaces for handicapped parking in the city of New York
