Relates to requiring the department of transportation to prepare a plan for every public transportation system to be eligible to receive assistance in the purchase of new zero-emission buses or vehicles
Prohibits rental vehicle companies from imposing any fees, charges or penalties, other than the actual cost of a toll, on an authorized driver for such driver's use of a rental vehicle
Requires a local social services district to accept or deny an application for public assistance no later than thirty days after the date of the application; repealer
