Amends chapter 306 of the laws of 2011 authorizing owners of residential real property in high risk brush fire areas in the borough of Staten Island to cut and remove reeds from their property
Requires providers of residential services to developmentally disabled children to have electronic monitoring devices in the common areas of their residential facilities
Eliminates the withholding of state aid as an enforcement mechanism for court facility compliance, and establishes an appeal process for proposed court facility plans; repealer
Requires any county, city, town or village that intends to install a traffic-control device outfitted with a camera provide public notice that they are installing a traffic-control device outfitted with a camera
