Directs the chief administrator of the courts to develop and implement a random audit compliance program to conduct periodic financial audits of law firms; and provides for funding of the program
Requires the office of renewable energy siting and electric transmission to promptly publish applications for permits to site a major renewable energy facility or to site a major electric transmission facility
Directs the commissioner of education, in consultation with the board of regents, to establish and develop a curriculum on healthy relationship building skills
