Prohibits the disclosure of a pathology report or radiology report that has a reasonable likelihood of showing a finding of malignancy to patients on their electronic health record for seventy-two hours or unless the treating practitioner contacts the patient before the end of the seventy-two hour period.
Authorizes the village of Hempstead, in the county of Nassau, to amortize over a period of 20 years, the payments made to village employees upon separation from employment.

Prohibits mobile sports wagering operators or platform providers from permitting, accepting, or facilitating the placement of a sports wager through a mobile application or platform from any individual on a college campus in the state; requires mobile sports betting platforms to implement geofencing restrictions on campuses and properties; limits exposure to gambling for college-aged students; reduces distractions in academic settings.
Protects canids by requiring animals which could be coyotes or wolves be submitted for a genetic test to determine genetic makeup; provides for the repeal of such provisions upon the expiration thereof.
Expands the state rental registry identifying lead hazards to include all residential dwellings that are potentially eligible for rental, lease, let or hiring out, and are located within communities of concern.
