Enacts the towing protection enforcement act; updates laws that regulate the towing of vehicles, including adding provisions thereto to prevent predatory towing of vehicles within the City of New York.
Authorizes the adoption or amendment of comprehensive rezoning plans by cities, villages, and towns prior to the completion of corresponding city, village, or town comprehensive plans.
Authorizes the town of Rhinebeck, county of Dutchess, to establish hotel and motel taxes within such town; provides for the repeal of such provisions upon the expiration thereof.
Prohibits a property owner from enforcing or adopting a restriction that prohibits one or more religious items from being displayed or affixed on any entry door or entry doorframe of a dwelling.
