Modernizes the access-a-ride program's application process by creating an online application process and notifying applicants throughout the process via email.
Relates to the transparency and quality of care of operators of adult care facilities; requires certain applicants for adult care facilities to provide an opportunity for public comment on the application.
Allows victim impact statements in New York state be video recorded; requires that the members of the parole board and all presiding commissioners for such hearing review all relevant victim impact statements prior to the conduct of a parole hearing and to sign a written attestation confirming that they have done so.
Requires applicants for a permit, registration, or license issued by the cannabis control board to report any relevant law enforcement interactions that occur during the application review process; provides for automatic denial of such application for failure to make such report.
