Expands the scope of records which shall be preserved by the executive chamber, executive departments, agencies, divisions, offices and commissions, which shall be retained for a minimum of two years; and in the event litigation is reasonably anticipated against the executive or any executive branch departments, divisions, offices or commissions, the executive shall have a duty to cause and direct that all records reasonably related to such anticipated litigation be retained for at least five years or until two years after litigation is no longer reasonably anticipated, whichever is later.
Enacts "Cariol's Law"; provides for a duty to intervene when a police officer or peace officer observes another police officer or peace officer using physical force that such officer reasonably believes to be clearly excessive or beyond that which is objectively reasonable under the circumstances.
Prohibits foreign ownership of gas and electric corporations; requires that any foreign owned gas and electric corporations execute a divestiture plan; regulates executive compensation by limiting annual bonuses and incentive-based compensation for executive officers.
Medical marijuana; requiring the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority Executive Advisory Council to hire Executive Director; allowing removal of Executive Director with cause. Effective date.
