Establishes the New York state vaccination awareness campaign and directs the department of health to establish and contract with a consultant to promote and maintain the New York state vaccination awareness campaign; establishes the gift for the New York state vaccination awareness campaign and allows a check-off space on the personal income tax return to enable a taxpayer to make such contribution; makes related provisions.
Authorizes the empire state development corporation to develop a public awareness campaign promoting businesses located in New York state with an emphasis on small businesses and the need to shop in downtown local areas; requires the creation of the Buy New York Online Networking Directory to connect purchasers with businesses located in New York.
Relating to the regulation of campaign treasurer appointments and related matters and the content of and posting of information contained in a campaign treasurer appointment; providing a civil penalty.
