Relates to certain duties and responsibilities of cemetery corporations; requires disclosure of the dimensions of spacing between plots, lots, or parts thereof; provides for the filing of consumer complaints.
Requires the installation of safety netting to prevent falling objects on all new and renovated bridges, including bridges that cross over other roadways, within the state.
Prohibits the appointment of paid employees of the city of Yonkers or any public benefit corporation thereof as members of the board of education of the city school district of such city; requires the appointment of members of such board to reflect the diversity of such city.
Makes various provisions to reform local development corporations and industrial development agencies: conflicts of interest, standard tax exemption policies, municipal input, more information to be made public, economic impact statements, public hearings, and payment of prevailing wages.
Authorizes a court issuing a non-family offense temporary order of protection or an order of protection to direct that such order be filed with the computerized registry for orders of protection and warrants, if it is necessary to fulfill the purposes of such order; directs the superintendent of state police to include such orders on computerized registry.
Relates to pharmacy services provided by managed care providers; requires pharmacy benefit managers and managed care providers to reimburse retail pharmacies for each outpatient drug, at the National Average Drug Acquisition Cost (NADAC); repeals related provisions.
