Relates to mandating insurance coverage for medical devices and products to treat withdrawal symptoms which are approved by the food and drug administration.
Establishes a blue ribbon commission on fair competition in the outdoor recreation industry to examine, evaluate and make recommendations regarding methods to promote fair competition in the outdoor recreation industry; provides such commission shall consist of eleven appointed members; requires a report to the governor and legislature on or before December 31, 2024.
Prohibits the possession and use of live ammunition at a film production facility or a qualified film production facility; requires all persons employed or present at a film production facility or a qualified film production facility to receive proper training on the safe use, handling, storage and transportation of firearms.
Establishes the strategic site readiness fund within the department of economic development to cultivate a resource of commercial, industrial sites that are readily available to new businesses, established businesses that are considering moving to the state, or existing businesses within the state that need additional sites to remain or expand within the state; appropriates five hundred million dollars therefor.
Relates to requiring employers to obtain an acknowledgement of receipt from employees of their sexual harassment prevention policy and sexual harassment prevention training program in writing in English and in employees' primary languages; requires employers to obtain acknowledgements from employees and keep such acknowledgements for six years.
Relates to establishing sexual harassment prevention training protocols within the private sector including a model management policy and training program and how to properly disseminate information to employers and employees.
Limits a candidate for public office to one authorized committee per election; defines the term "multi-candidate committee" and provides that such a committee may not be authorized by a candidate.
