Restricts the sale of ammunition to only individuals authorized to possess such weapon; creates the no-gun database under the division of criminal justice services.
Requires that any father of an out-of-wedlock child be listed on such child's birth certificate; provides for a procedure for such father to contest such listing.

Allows public bodies to conduct meetings via video conference technology as long as the public is given certain opportunities to view such video conference.

Prohibits the sale of electric assisted bicycles unless the packaging contains a notice stating that the operation of such electric assisted bicycle on any public highway, road or sidewalk may be unlawful.
