Requires publishers of books created wholly or partially with the use of generative artificial intelligence to disclose such use of generative artificial intelligence before the completion of such sale; applies to all printed and digital books consisting of text, pictures, audio, puzzles, games or any combination thereof.
Empowers the commissioner of labor to issue stop-work orders against employers for misclassification of employees as independent contractors or for providing false, incomplete, or misleading information to an insurance company on the number of employees of such employer.

Requires the commissioner of health to establish rules and regulations requiring that all health information systems or electronic health record systems segregate certain patient information related to reproductive health services, gender-affirming care, sexually transmitted diseases, mental health services, alcohol or substance abuse treatment and other information from the rest of such patient's medical record.
Relates to journalism usage fees; requires notice to be given to a covered platform by an eligible digital journalism provider requiring covered platforms to pay journalism usage fees to eligible digital journalism providers; establishes arbitration requirements for disputes over such fees.
