Implements an agreement between the state and an employee organization; provides for the adjustment of salaries of certain incumbents in the professional service in the state university; makes an appropriation for the purpose of effectuating certain provisions thereof.
Addresses non-covered dental services by prohibiting insurers from including in a contract or agreement with a dentist requirements to set fees or require approval fees for services not covered under a person's dental plan; prohibits medical expense indemnity corporations, dental expense indemnity corporations and health service corporations from including in a contract or agreement with a dentist requirements to set fees or require approval fees for services not covered under a person's dental plan.
Establishes the jury duty mileage reimbursement tax credit; allows a juror a credit equal to their reasonable mileage allowance owed for each mile actually and necessarily traveled by such juror who utilizes their personal vehicle in the fulfillment of their jury duty.
