Requires development of guidance and training to address social media in harassment, intimidation, and bullying in schools; revises student learning standards to include instruction on social media in school bullying.
Requires testing of electrical systems of certain electric bicycles, powered mobility devices, and batteries prior to sale, rental, lease, or other distribution to consumers.

Requires Division of Violence Intervention and Victim Assistance to review and implement strategies and systemic modifications to assist crime victims and expands locations for posting information on crime victims' compensation.
