"Student Loan Debt Relief Tax Credit Act"; establishes gross income tax credit of up to $5,000 for certain student loan payments and makes an appropriation.
Prohibits State Agriculture Development Committee from imposing new or revised agricultural rules, regulations, or standards on previously preserved farmland or owners thereof, without owner consent.
Requires school districts to provide instruction on history and contributions of Latino and Hispanic Americans as part of implementation of New Jersey Student Learning Standards.
