An Act To A Create The Educational Counselor, Psychologist And Psychiatrist Loan Repayment Program, To Be Administered By The Mississippi Postsecondary Financial Assistance Board; To Provide For The Qualifications For Applicants Under The Loan Repayment Programs; To Establish Funds For The Loan Repayment Programs; To Amend Section 37-19-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Any Licensed School Psychologist Who Has Acquired Nationally Certified School Psychologist Credentials From The National School Psychology Certification Board, And Who Is Employed By A Local School Board Or The State Board Of Education As A School Psychologist And Not As An Administrator, Shall Be Eligible For An Annual $6,000.00 Salary Supplement, Plus Fringe Benefits; And For Related Purposes.

An Act To Amend Section 25-11-126, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Allow Any Person Who Was Employed As A Public School Teacher Or Administrator At The Time Of Retirement, Has Been Retired At Least 90 Days And Is Receiving A Retirement Allowance, And Holds The Applicable Educator License, To Be Employed As A Teacher In A School District After Retirement, And Choose To Continue Receiving The Retirement Allowance In Addition To A Salary, Along With The Local Contribution Of The District In Which The Retiree Is Employed; To Remove The Requirement Of Having At Least 30 Years Of Creditable Service; To Authorize The School District To Allocate, As Salary And Assessment Of A Retired Teacher Returning To Work As A Teacher, Up To 150% Of The Amount Provided Under The Salary Schedule Comparable To The Years Of Service And License Type Of The Teacher; To Provide That Local Education Agencies May Pay, From Local Education Funding, All Or A Portion Of The Health Insurance Premiums For Retired Employees Returning To Work As Teachers; To Amend Section 37-19-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform; And For Related Purposes.

An Act To Amend Section 23-15-895, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide Clarity Regarding The Distance That Must Be Maintained Between Campaign Materials And A Public Building Where An Election Is Being Held; To Create An Exception For Campaign Materials To Be Displayed Or Distributed When On Private Property If The Person Displaying Or Distributing The Campaign Materials Has A Lease Or Ownership Interest In The Property; And For Related Purposes.
