Directs the Louisiana State Law Institute to study and make recommendations for the creation of small or speedy claims procedures for actions under fifty thousand dollars
Requests the Louisiana State Law Institute to study the use of trusts with extended durations and report its findings and any recommendations for revisions to the Louisiana Trust Code and applicable Louisiana laws to the legislature.
Expands the civil jurisdiction of county courts to matters of up to fifty thousand dollars and district courts to matters of up to thirty-five thousand dollars.
