Enacting the Kansas bullion depository act to authorize the state treasurer to establish, administer or contract for the administration of bullion depositories and allowing for state moneys to be deposited in such bullion depositories and invested in specie legal tender.
Directs the treasurer to immediately begin implementation of the process to allocate money deposited into the state treasury from constitutional and statutory dedications that flow through the Bond Security and Redemption Fund for the purpose of paying state debt
Commends and recognizes Film Louisiana for its contributions to economic development and designates April 15, 2026, as Film Louisiana Day at the Louisiana State Capitol
Requests the health profession licensing boards to work with the commissioner of administration to identify funds from their cash and cash equivalent year-end balances that can be transferred into the state general fund.
