Establishes the Council on the Children of Incarcerated Parents and Caregivers and repeals the termination of the Children's Cabinet (EN NO IMPACT See Note)
To enact section 5180.23 of the Revised Code to require the Children and Youth Advisory Council to develop a plan to establish a universal home visiting program for parents and caregivers of children and to name this act the Family Home Visits Act.
A child in need of protection and termination of parental rights; to create a workgroup under the children's cabinet to study out-of-home placement or treatment of children with behavioral health issues; to provide for a report; to provide an expiration date; and to declare an emergency.
