CONSTITUTIONAL COURTS ACT – Adds to existing law to provide that no state court shall enforce, consider, or apply any judgment, decree, ruling, or decision of arbitration based on certain forms of religious or cultural law.
RECORDS EXEMPT FROM DISCLOSURE – Amends existing law to provide that certain decedent photos shall be exempt from disclosure and to provide an exception.
RURAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATION – Adds to existing law to establish the Idaho Rural Health Transformation Fund and the Rural Health Transformation Committee.
UNIFORM GUARDIANSHIP, CONSERVATORSHIP, AND OTHER PROTECTIVE ARRANGEMENTS ACT – Amends, repeals, and adds to existing law to establish the Uniform Guardianship, Conservatorship, and Other Protective Arrangements Act.
