IMMIGRATION STATUS AND NATIONALITY OF ARRESTED INDIVIDUALS – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding the immigration status and nationality of arrested individuals.
REVENUE AND TAXATION – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding budget limitations and exceptions and to revise certain definitions regarding urban renewal financing.
CHILD CUSTODY INTERFERENCE – Amends and adds to existing law to provide for penalties, enforcement requirements, and affirmative defenses regarding child custody interference.
